Storage
  • Pies should be placed in a Chiller/Fridge or Freezer within 2 hours of purchase if not consumed.
  • Chilled pies will be good to consume for more than 1 week (keep in an airtight container).
  • Frozen pies will be good to consume for more than 1 month (keep in an airtight container). Thawed pies should never be re-frozen.
Reheating Instructions
  • Oven - Reheating a Chilled pie should take approx.10-15min at 190-200 degrees Celsius in a Regular Oven (non fan-forced). Reheating a Frozen pie should take approx.15-20min at 190-200 degrees Celsius in a Regular Oven (non fan-forced).
  • Air Fryer Reheating a Chilled pie should take approx.10-15min at 190-200 degrees CelsiusReheating a Frozen pie should take approx.15-20min at 190-200 degrees Celsius.
  • Toaster Oven - Reheating a Chilled pie should take approx. 15-20min on High in a Toaster Oven. Make sure the pie is covered with Aluminum foil to prevent burning
  • Microwave Oven - We do not recommend you use a Microwave Oven to reheat the pies (but is at your discretion) and foil tin should be removed before placing in the microwave for 1-2 min on High.

  • Lactose Intolerance (means cannot take milk or dairy products) - All of our pies contain butter. Some contain cows milk (eg quiches, mash etc). Please refer to the main ingredients on each product page.
  • Gluten Intolerance -  We offer a Gluten-Free Option for ALL of our pies. Select "Gluten-Free" drop-down on each product page before adding to cart.
  • Egg Intolerance - All of our pies contain Eggs in the pastry. We can remove eggs for most pies in your order so please just ask us.
  • Halal - We are halal-friendly but not halal certified yet. This means we follow the purchasing and preparation standards for Halal products but are not yet certified Halal.
  • Alcohol - We use a small amount of alcohol in the cooking process for “Beef Bourguignon BB” and “Steak & Guinness” pies only. Please refer to the main ingredients on each product page.
  • Pork - A select few pies only contain Pork. Please refer to the main ingredients on each product page.
